Privacy on this website

Who runs this website
This website is operated by IChannel Technologies, which manages SocietyFlow as a service for cooperative societies. SocietyFlow is developed by OHR Systems.
This page covers the website only. It is not the privacy notice for member accounts. Each society that goes live receives the terms that govern member data with its service.
When you book a demo
The demo form asks for your name, role, society, society type, approximate member count, email, phone, and what you would like to see. When you send it:
- The form is delivered through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, to the IChannel Technologies team.
- The team uses it to reply to you and arrange the demo.
- Nothing is sent until you press the button.
Analytics
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand which parts of the page are useful, for example whether the loan path or the calculators are used. It does not run until you accept on the card shown on your first visit, and declining keeps it off while still letting you use the whole site.
You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer of the home page.
Calculators
Savings and loan figures are calculated in your browser. They are not stored, and they are not an offer. Your society's rules decide real rates and limits.
Photographs and samples
The photographs are scenes, not customers, and the people in them are not named. Balances, account numbers, and notices shown in interface drawings are samples.
